CHV Wine Club memberships make the perfect birthday, wedding or corporate gift for the CHV wine lover in your life!
Recipients inside, or outside, Windsor-Essex county that are gifted a CHV Wine Club Membership receive six (6) bottles of CHV wine, shipped to their door, each quarter (March, June, September & December).
Choose from Red, White or Variety (3 reds & 3 whites per shipment), or have us contact the recipient to choose.
Be sure to read over all of the options, perks, and terms & conditions before you purchase a membership.
Upon checkout, in the cart note section, please enter:
- the recipients name and shipping information
- the date the Membership will be gifted to the recipient (so that we do not contact them and ruin the surprise!)
Shipment of gift memberships outside of Windsor-Essex county are processed quarterly (on the 15th of March, June, September and December). If you purchase a gift membership any time on, or after a processing date, the first shipment will be packed and shipped on the next processing date.
