Labels are customizable! Add your pet's photo, name and choose the seasonal greeting you want on the label (Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays)
How to place your order:
- Choose and order your wine (Bottle shape will vary depending on selected wine)
- If you do not see the option to upload your image on our website, Email jess@coopershawkvineyards.com with your name, your pets photo, your pets name and if you'd like the label to read "Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays"
Available November 24 - December 20.
- One image permitted per product ordered.
- CHV is not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution photos.
- Acceptable image formats: .jpeg, .png
- CHV is not responsible for misspelled pet names.
- CHV reserves the right to refuse images or pet names that are deemed by us to be inappropriate.
- If no label choice is made a Happy Holidays label will be created.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup/delivery.
- We cannot guarantee delivery before the holidays for orders placed outside of Windsor/Essex County.
