NOTE: The CHV Wine Club is open to residents of Ontario only.
WINE CLUB OPTIONS
Type
Choose from 1 of 3 types of Wine Club Membership:
- RED - receive red wines only in each shipment
- WHITE - receive white wines only in each shipment
- VARIETY - receive red & white wine in each shipment
Frequency
Monthly (available within Windsor-Essex County ONLY)
Receive two (2) bottles of CHV wine each month
Quarterly
Receive six (6) bottles quarterly (March, June, September and December)
Delivery Methods
If you are located within Windsor-Essex County, you have the choice pick up your shipment at the winery, or to have it delivered right to your door!
Outside of the local area, we ship your quarterly shipments to you.

WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
(FOR WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIPS & GIFT MEMBERSHIPS)
- CHV Wine Club is only offered in Ontario, Canada.
- Minimum 3 month contract required.
- Someone over the age of 19 must be present for receipt of shipment.
- Shipment processing and packing:
- Monthly Membership
- Orders are processed and packed on the 15th of each month.
- If you join the club any time on, or after the 15th of the month, your first shipment will be packed and ready for pickup, or delivery, on the next processing date.
- Quarterly Membership
- Orders are processed and packed on the 15th of March, June, September and December.
- If you join the club any time on, or after a processing date, your first shipment will be packed and shipped on the next processing date.
- Pickup, delivery and shipment fees (included in pricing) are as follows:
- Pickup at winery NO CHARGE
- Deliver to your door (within Windsor-Essex County) $4.95
- Shipment (outside Windsor-Essex County) $4.95
- Shipments cannot be customized. CHV selects all wines.
- CHV Wine Club discounts cannot be combined with any other online CHV promotion. If an online promotion is ongoing, your Wine Club code may not work. Contact Us for a solution.
- Recurring payments:
- Your credit card information is not shared with CHV when your initial purchase is made online. Once you have purchased a membership or gift membership online, a CHV staff member will contact you to get a credit card number to keep on file for any necessary recurring payments.
- Your card will be billed, according to the delivery frequency, on (or around) the 14th of each month for Monthly members, or each quarter (March, June, September and December) for Quarterly members.
- Gift Memberships are pre-pay only. The gifters credit card will not be charged any recurring payments.
- Extending a Gift Membership:
- Once a Gift Membership has ended, recipients will be contacted with an opportunity to extend or change their membership.
- The recipient will be required to provide a credit card number to keep on file for recurring payments, should they wish to extend or change their membership.
- Membership may be cancelled at any time after the minimum 3 month contract has been fulfilled. Contact Us if you wish to cancel your membership.
- Purchasing a Wine Club Membership online is considered registration, and that you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined here.
PURCHASING OR GIFTING A MEMBERSHIP
Joining the Wine Club has never been easier! Start or gift a membership by purchasing one online.
Please note that the 10% discount of Merchandise will not be immediate. You (or the gift recipient) must create an account on the store. We will then email a coupon code to use when shopping online. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process the information.

When checking out, if you chose "Deliver to my door", your billing address will be used as the delivery address for your Wine Club shipments. If it should be different, let us know in the cart notes section.
Purchasing a membership as a gift?

Upon checkout, in the cart note section, please enter the recipients name, shipping information and the date the Membership will be gifted to the recipient (so that we do not contact them and ruin the surprise!)
