Humane Society/CHV Jolly Paw-liday Packages

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.

Orders placed online before 11am

Will be ready for same-day pickup (Monday-Friday) and same-day delivery (on delivery days Tuesday and Friday).

Orders placed after 11am, or on non-delivery days

Will be ready for pickup the next day or, delivered on the next delivery day.

Orders placed Friday - after 11am, on Saturday or Sunday

Will be ready for pickup, or delivered on, Monday*.

Gift Basket Orders

Please allow 2-3 business days for assembly.

 

DELIVERY METHODS & TIMES

On occasion, more than one delivery method option may appear upon checkout.

If both a delivery fee and a FREE option appear, you can choose the free option. The free option will only appear if you qualify.

Delivery methods are determined according to the shipping address that you enter.

Curbside Pickup

• During regular business hours Monday - Friday.
• Orders MUST BE placed ahead before they can be picked up curbside at the CHV. Do not proceed to the winery for pickup until you receive an email notification from us.

Delivery

Local delivery is available within Windsor-Essex County only.

• Deliveries are made Tuesday & Friday.
• Delivery fees:
• $15 + tax
• Orders of $80 or more qualify for FREE delivery.

Shipping

Shipping is available within Ontario only.

• Shipping fees:
• $15 + tax
• Orders of a full case of wine (12 bottles) qualify for FREE shipping.
