The 2018 growing season proved to be one of finesse in Ontario and particularly in the Lake Erie North Shore growing region. The warm and sunny climatic conditions allowed for slow and even maturation of our Estate Bottled Dry Riesling.
This wine presents an aroma of citrus, stone fruits and river rocks.
The palate has chalk, white peach, pear and balanced acidity.
This wine is the perfect pairing for pork schnitzel and peach preserves.
We have made only 170 cases of this wine. Drink now or over the next 3-7 years.
